Enerpac ultra-thin jack maintenance instructions
When using Enerpac ultra-thin jack, the bottom should be flat and tough. Oil-free wooden boards are used to expand the pressure-bearing surface and ensure safety. Iron plates cannot be used instead of wooden boards to prevent slipping.
The Enpack ultra-thin jack needs to be stable when lifting. After the heavy object is lifted slightly, check whether there are any abnormalities. If there are no abnormalities, you can continue to lift. Do not lengthen the handle arbitrarily or operate it too hard.
Enpike's ultra-thin jacks are not overloaded and are super high. When the red line appears on the sleeve, it indicates that the rated height has been reached and jacking should be stopped.
When the Enpex ultra-thin jacks are working at the same time, a dedicated person must be in charge to make the lifting or lowering synchronized. Wooden blocks should be supported between two adjacent hydraulic jacks to ensure a distance to prevent slipping.
When using Enpac's ultra-thin jack, always pay attention to the sealing part and the pipe joint part, and ensure their safety and reliability.
Enpac’s ultra-thin jacks are not suitable for use in places with acid, alkali or corrosive gases.
